We do not ship outside the USA.

Shipping Handling and Transit Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. Transit time may take 2 to 3 days depending where you are located in the USA. You will receive another notification and associated tracking number (if being shipped) when your order has shipped. 

Note, potential delays in shipping with the postal service are outside of our control. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.  You will also receive separately a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please e-mail us at timothy@topstitchsewing.net with your name, order number, product expected, and we will look into it for you and get back to you as soon as possible.
