I meet a friend (we go early), drop off our machines, shop some,and eat lunch. There are several family style Mennonite eateries in the area. By the time we are done with lunch, our machines are ready to pick up. Always a great experience. Tim and his crew are wonderful technicians, too. Despite the fact this is a Bernina dealership I have never experienced sales pressure. They make great deals however if you are in the market. Read more

They pay attention to your orders and verify if you duplicate an item (I did), are more than happy to get you what you need. They go out of their way to help you with anything you might need, or any questions you might have. Sometimes they are busy and Dwayne is quick to call you back and help. (Now how many businesses today take that extra step?) I am so lucky to have found them, and would recommend them to anyone. The products are always top notch and perfectly wrapped. I've bought 3 Berninas and a Phaff ... I will gladly drive 8 hours to get my machines from here! They are SO helpful and friendly!! I love that they will give me money for my tr... I upgraded just recently and am really enjoying my new Bernina !! I feel like they gave me an awesome deal and I will continue to buy my machines here!!
