Wow! What a Chair! Comfort in a Box!

Sorry Top Stitch, Mine arrived yesterday, and I thought my chair is in that box??? Well it was. The diagram inside the little booklet made it easy to put together (82 year old) by myself. Then the adjustments........ Heaven. It adusts everything for comfort (although booklet says nothing of them). A few videos online and I became an expert at my chair. I cannot tell you how comfortable you feel using it. The Horn 6 way Bernina (or the other for color choice) is the best thing for your body. I love it so much. Where has it been all my 60 year sewing life? I found it close to where I live thinking it would come quicker, however they forgot to order it but finally it is here. The only con is that it doesn't like carpets too well, so I ordered new wheels so that it does. Even if they did not work, I would love it. The comfort is beyond measure and long hours sewing can prove detrimental to your bones young or old. I purchased an expensive office chair, pretty, upholstered, looked great, seat cushion disentegrated in a year. And only an up/down adjustment. Cost me almost as much. I decided to replace it with the Bernina Red, Chair and if I could I would have one at every station in my Sewing room. I am very happy with it. As with everything else, we spend a fortune on the machine and forget our bodies, this is a must have for all Sewists. (Don't wait until you are 82, get it now). The upholstery looks good and it is warrantied for 3 years, hydraulics 5 years. We spend hours on end in our sewing rooms, the lumbar on this chair will save your back. This chair is fully adjustable. Well thought out. So, if you can ... get one! And check TopStitch first, they usually have a great price and very fast delivery.
