How to Use BERNINA Echo Quilting Clips

Using your Echo Quilting Clips is simple and tool-free—designed to make echo quilting effortless:

  1. Attach the Clip
    Gently push the Echo Quilting Clip upward onto your Ruler Foot #72 or #96. The inner lip of the clip grips the foot securely and stays in place during quilting.

  2. Choose Your Desired Radius
    Select from the three included sizes—0.5", 0.75", or 1" radius—to control the distance between your stitching lines for echo quilting, crosshatching, or decorative borders.

  3. Start Quilting
    Guide your machine either free-motion or along a ruler to quilt evenly around appliqués, embroidery, or other stitched motifs. The clip extends the sole of your foot for consistent spacing throughout.

  4. Remove When Finished
    To remove the clip, gently twist and pull it downward. If needed, use a flat tool in the slit at the base to help release it safely from the foot.

Authentic Bernina Accessories

Although I haven't used the echo quilting clips yet, I can comment on the speed with which my order was delivered. I live in Hawaii, and everything (even small items) can take 2 or more weeks for delivery.
