• Threading loopers can be tricky, but not anymore with Automatic Air Threading. With the Bernette B 64 AIRLOCK serger, simply press a button and watch the air threading system pull the looper threads through automatically. The colour-coded threading paths make setup intuitive, whether threading one or both loopers.

• A first for Bernette, MTC ( Micro Thread Control )means you only set the thread tension once, even if you adjust cutting width or work with different fabrics. This saves time, reduces trial and error, and ensures your stitches stay neat and even across every project.

• Five LED lights illuminate the needle and working area, making it easier to thread, sew, and monitor your stitches with precision. Even late-night sewing sessions become comfortable and strain-free.

• With 130 mm (5”) spacious area to the right of the needle, the bernette 64 AIRLOCK gives you extra room for handling large or heavy projects. It’s perfect for maneuvering thick fabrics, changing presser feet, or inserting accessories with ease.

• Switch to the freearm for sewing tubular pieces like cuffs, sleeves, and necklines with precision. For larger projects, attach the super-large slide-on table to guide fabric smoothly and support your work without strain.

• Use the included knee lifter to raise or lower the presser foot without taking your hands off the fabric. This makes it easier to position your project exactly where you need it, especially on tricky seams.
